Heather O’Connor currently serves as DreamWorks Animation’s Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to this role, she had served as Director of SEC Reporting for the Company. She has also held a variety of positions within the Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis departments at DreamWorks LLC.

Prior to her roles at DreamWorks, O’Connor served as Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen, LLP. She serves as Treasurer and sits on the Board of Directors of needtheater in Los Angeles. O’Connor received her degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and is a certified public accountant (inactive) in California.
