Roger Enrico has been Chairman of DreamWorks Animation SKG since its inception as a public company in 2004. Mr. Enrico is the retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo, Inc. During his tenure as CEO he led PepsiCo through a major restructuring, refocusing the corporation on convenient snacks and beverages. Under his leadership, PepsiCo spun-off its restaurant business as an independent public company, launched an initial public offering of The Pepsi Bottling Group, and acquired Tropicana Products and The Quaker Oats Company. Mr. Enrico joined PepsiCo in 1971. During his 31-year career at the company, and prior to his assuming the corporation’s CEO role, he was President and CEO of Pepsi-Cola, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo Worldwide Beverages, Chairman and CEO of Frito-Lay, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo Worldwide Foods and Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo Worldwide Restaurants. Mr. Enrico serves on the Board of Directors of DreamWorks Animation, SKG, as well as the Boards of Trustees of the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts, the Eisenhower Fellowships, the Environmental Defense Fund, the American Film Institute, the National Math and Science Initiative and the National Geographic Society, where he is also Chairman of the Council of Advisors. He was inducted into America’s Beverage Hall of Fame in 1990 and the Advertising Hall of Fame in 2005, named Brandweek's 1996 Marketer of the Year, recognized as one of Business Week’s Top 25 Managers of 2001 and presented with the Advertising Council’s 2001 Public Service Award and the Beverage Industry Visionary Award in 2006.
